3. Booking, Payment & Refunds
All bookings (drop-in, class packs, memberships, workshops) must be paid online prior to participation .
Class passes and memberships are non-refundable once purchased .
To avoid losing credit, cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the class begins—late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session .
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, videos, branding, and course materials—is owned or licensed by Yogakalpa. Personal use is allowed, but commercial use or redistribution is prohibited without written permission .
Trademarked elements (studio logo, class names) are not to be used without consent .
5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
You represent that you’re physically fit for yoga practice and accept full responsibility for monitoring your own well-being .
Yogakalpa disclaims liability for injuries or issues arising from participation—practice is at your own risk .
6. Code of Conduct
Respect other participants and instructors; disruptive behavior or violation of studio policies may result in refusal of service or account suspension .
No unauthorized recordings or sharing of classes are allowed without permission.
7. Third-party Links & Services
Our website may link to third-party sites or integrate services (e.g. booking platforms). We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies .
8. Limitation of Liability
