What level is the "Yoga for All" class suitable for?

“Yoga for All” is perfect for beginners and those wanting to revisit the fundamentals. The pace is gentle to moderate, and modifications are always offered.

“Uttama Abhyasa” moves at a moderate to advanced pace, offering a more dynamic and challenging practice. However, modifications are provided to make it accessible to enthusiastic beginners as well.

Yes, all our online group classes are live and interactive, allowing you to receive real-time guidance from the instructor.

We provide access to the video recording of each live class for 48 hours after it ends, so you can practice at your convenience.

 Our monthly memberships typically include 12 group classes. We also offer flexible drop-in options. Please see our registration page for specific pricing details.

You’ll need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and a device with a stable internet connection to access the live session. You might also find props like blocks and straps helpful, but they are not mandatory for beginners.
